Your responsibilities:
- You ensure professional care for patients with orthopedic and geriatric conditions.
- You work independently and make decisions within the nursing process.
- You perform preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures.
- You collaborate closely with interprofessional services.
- You ensure quality assurance and further development of nursing care.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH DNII or an equivalent qualification.
- Completion of a training certificate as a professional trainer is advantageous, or you have an interest in this further education.
- Professional experience in rehabilitation nursing and gerontotraumatological rehabilitation is advantageous.
- You think and act in a patient-oriented and empathetic manner.
- You enjoy working independently.
- You are communicative, reliable, motivated, and a team player.
